What happens after I make my payment?

Once your payment has been processed by PayPal, you will receive an email message back from us setting-out full instructions on how to access the training materials. This message will include a link to the main training file (a PDF file) that takes you step by step through all 8 stress management sessions. At the same time you will also get a username and password you can use to get into documents and files stored in the secure area of this website. These documents are linked from the main PDF file. All you have to do is follow the links in order to access each one at the right time.

Do I need any special software or computer skills to follow the course?

No special computer skills or software are needed for E-Stress Management. All that’s needed is FREE adobe or other PDF reader, and the ability to open, read and (if you wish) print documents produced in simple Word (.doc) format.

The audio exercises are in mp3 format. You can listen to these files directly from your computer - as long as it has a media or audio player (for mp3) and a speaker. If you prefer, the files can be downloaded to a portable mp3 player – or any other device with this function.

What if I have problems downloading the materials?

It is highly unlikely that there will be any difficulties accessing our materials - but we are on hand to help if problems arise.

What happens if I change my mind after making my payment?

It’s OK to change your mind and claim a refund for up to one week after making your payment – as long as you have not opened the main PDF file and/or used your log-in details to access course materials in the secure area of the site. So if you are not sure about whether you wish to go ahead with the course, please avoid opening the main file or logging-in to the secure area (with the course materials) for the first week. Then, if you wish to claim a refund - CONTACT US by email, putting the word ‘Refund’ in the subject area at the top of the message. We will arrange for you to be fully reimbursed.
